Hello and a warm welcome. My name is Stian Berntsen Froestad and i am very please you got to check this Library out. If you are tired of the 2012 doomsayers, if the materialistic and scientific views of the Universe dont give you the kind of answers you are looking for, if you've had some mystical experiences and are looking for an explanation, you have come to the right place.

This website might seem strange and to some it's gonna look like loonie new age mumojumbo and leave before getting to the fruits of this website. And thats okay, believe what you may. No judgement here.

I don't agree ofcourse. In my opinion this website offers a very real, and spiritually spohisticated view of things. Here you will find teachers and ideas that can back-up a statement like that and you will also find teachers that I believe empowers you in you life, activates you chakra system and puts your exzistance here on this beautiful planet into perspective.

I created this website as a result of what I now call a spiritual -awakening, or -opening if you want. Basically I had a series of experiences (mystical and 'unexplaiable' ones) that led me to question my former belief system, that led me to new questions that suprisingly (at that time) lead me to allot of new answers. In a couple of months I went from being an agnostic to adopt a spiritual view of things, best described by my teacher Dr. Michael Sharp in his guiding principle in his workt;

"As above in consciousness, so below in matter"

Although I never accepted monotheism, I started to experience devinity as something that was inside of me, expressing itself thorugh my body. I now see this devine aspect of myself as the true connection to myself and all life around me. So after spending quite allot of time researching and meditating I decided to create this website where I could share the experiences I have had and the teachers that had helped me put these 'new' things into perspective.

This website is a kind of Library you as you see. A Library where people can come share and exchange ideas and experiences regarding life and exzistence, but also a place where "taboo" ideas are openly discussed. Ideas that don't hold as strong a foundation in modern society (especially in the West). Ideas like Holistic Health, Spiritual Consciousness, Extraterrestrials, Yoga and Meditation to name a few.

I see myself as a student of Dr. Michael Sharp, which is important to say because I support and follow him, and continue to guide people to his work. In fact most of my contribution to this site is based on his work. In the music player to the left here, there is a few sample podcasts that paints a pretty good picture of what kind of spiritual teachings and new insights he offers to us.

I also take a strong stand againt what I would like to call unauthentic and false spiritual teachings. That means if someone comes to this website and presents information that might be damaging to people, i.e. present them
with a hierachical version of creation, or one where you are born sinners, then I will question and challange that kind of spiritual thinking.
